Who Am I?
Hello there! 🙂 I'm Christian. I'm a gaming and esports researcher, newsletter writer, and esports freelancer. In addition to that, I also work as a consultant, speaker, and lecturer at a university. I've been working in esports for over 13 years now, conducting research for about 5 years, and writing a newsletter for a bit over a year.
Some Quick Facts About Me
- I studied business administration and earned my master's degree in 2017.
- I've been involved in esports (mostly as a tournament admin/referee) since 2011. So far, I have worked as a freelancer at 73 events.
- Since 2018, I have been working at a university in the Chair of General Business Administration.
- I am a doctoral candidate. In my research, I focus on individual and team performance in esports.
- For a year now, I have been writing a weekly newsletter. Every Sunday, I share science-backed gaming and esports facts, as well as insights into the esports industry.
